Black Beans with Cheese

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil -
1/2 Cup Onions - chopped
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper - chopped
3 Units Garlic - minced
1/2 Cup Water -
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder -
1/2 Teaspoon Salt -
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin -
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano -
1/4 Teaspoon Coriander -
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes -
1 Can Black Beans - (15 oz), rinsed and drained
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded

Instructions
Step 1. Prepare beans
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.  Add onion and bell pepper, cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occassionally.  Add garlic, cook 1 minute.  Add the remaining ingredients, through the beans and bring to a boil/  Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Place 1/2 cup of beans on a plate and top with 1 tablespoon cheese.
