Apple Pie Filling

Ingredients
6 Cups Apples - thinly sliced, peeled (6 medium)
3/4 Cups Sugar -
2 Tablespoons Flour -
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon -
1/4 Teaspoon Salt -
1/4 Teaspoon Allspice -
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg -
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice -

Instructions
Step 1. Prep filling
Combine all ingredients and pour into a pie crust.  Cover with an additional crust and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the apples are tender and crust is golden brown.  (Cover edges of crust with strips of foil to prevent over-browning.)

Cool on cooling rack at least 2 hours before serving.
