Preheat oven 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, beat egg white until frothy. Add sugar substitute, cinnamon and salt to egg whites - combine. Add pecans to mixture; stir gently to coat.
Spread into a 15 x 10-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once. Cool completely. Stir in an airtight container.
