Ingredients
1 Cup Flour -
1 Cup Cornmeal -
2 Tablespoons Sugar -
1/2 Teaspoon Salt -
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda -
1 Unit Eggs -
1 Cup Sour Cream - reduced fat
1/4 Cup Applesauce - unsweetened
2 Tablespoons Butter - melted
1 Can Corn - whole kernel, undrained
1 Can Creamed Corn -

Instructions
Step 1. Prepare bake

Preheart oven to 350.  In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.  In a small bowl, whisk the egg, sour creak, applesauce and butter.  Stir in corn.  Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.  Transfer to a 13x9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.  Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
