Tapas for dinner
This was our New Year's meal in Quito. The top tier were empandas filled with meat and veggies. The next row was patatas bravas, which are potatoes with a spicy tomatoe sauce. The next is garlic shrimp, then tamalitos and mushrooms stuffed with chorizo sausage. The last dish on the right was a mixed plated of beef, shrimp and chicken with a garlic sauce. So good!!!
