Widow New Year

Yes, those are men dressed as woman. The idea is that they are the widows of old man new year. The way it works is they bug you and you have to give them money. It's all in fun, but a little startling at first. We met a bunch later at night and they were really nice and posed for pics - but they didn't turn out.
