Effigy on a car

This is one of the stuffed dummies that they burn at midnight on New year. The idea is that they purchase a dummy the represents something bad from 2009 that they want to be rid of in the new year. At midnight they burn it and release themselves from it. It looks really nice, but definitely leads to a smokey morning.
