Wall of tears

Isabela was used as a penal colony until the '50's (I think). You could be sent here if you did something bad or if someone with power didn't like you. There were 3 prison camps on the island - one on the beach where you would work under the scrorching sun, one in the highlands where you would grow crops that the gov't would sell or this one here where you built this wall.
