Same pic, except we were ready for the flash this time around. The hotel is located on hill in Quito and normally has a great view at night. Unfortunately, Quito hasn't gotten a lot of rain this year and they use hydroelectricity to power the city. With the lack of rain, they've had rolling blackouts, so much of the city was dark on this night.
